You will receive the first proof, within 48hrs, of purchase via email.

Artwork needs to be approved within 7 days of delivery. If we cannot reach you for approval, we move your order into production.

On the rare occasion that we get the artwork wrong on the first try, we will work with you via email to ensure the final approval meets your requirements and looks just like your pet!

1. What makes a good photo?

Make sure your photo has good lighting– enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.

A head-on shot is preferred– Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your pet’s face is showing, only half of its face will be on your product!

Avoid blurry photos– the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

2. Can I upload something other than a dog or cat?

Absolutely! We like to encourage our customers to upload pictures of pets, humans, cars, and even logos, too!

3. How do I wash your products?

Gently wash by hand using cold water. If using a machine, turn inside out, use low and cold settings, Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle; Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dry clean.

4. What size and material is it?

- Material: 80% polyester, 20% polyamide blend microfiber
- One size: 16'' × 24'' (40.64cm × 60.96cm)

5 How long does it take to receive my product?

Most of our one-of-a-kind products take several business days to be produced.

We'll send you an artwork proof within 2-3 business days of your purchase.

Once artwork proofs are approved, we'll make your one-of-a-kind product home to you within 7 business days.

Once produced, we ship our orders through USPS or UPS within the continental US.Shipping times can vary between 3-5 business days
